GBF Spring Retreat Registration 2025

All meals provided at the event are vegetarian.
Scholarship Fund
We offer scholarships to those who find the fee unaffordable. Please contact us prior to registering, requesting a scholarship, describing your financial limitations, and the amount you can pay. If approved, you will receive a code to enter in the form to calculate your final cost at check-out.

Refunds
If you need to cancel, you can receive a full refund before April 2, 2025. After April 2 there will be a 50% refund possible.
GBF is responsible for the cost of the space, so to be fair to GBF and you, this is a necessary policy. We thank you for understanding.
Cabins are non-refundable per Vajrapani’s policy. We will make every effort to find a replacement if you need to cancel, but we cannot be responsible for the cost if we cannot find a replacement.
If you are experiencing flu or cold symptoms within the week before the retreat, please consider not attending, and we ask that you test negative for COVID.
