GBF Spring Retreat Registration 2026

Dates: April 15-19, 2026

We welcome queer folk of all genders. Housing is primarily provided in all-gender rooms and dorms. If another shared housing arrangement would make you more comfortable, please let us know  your preference by writing to gaybuddhistfellowship@gmail.com, and we will do our best to accommodate.

All meals provided at the event are vegetarian.

Scholarship Fund

We offer scholarships to those who need financial assistance to attend. Please contact us prior to registering, requesting a scholarship, describing your financial limitations, and the amount you can pay. If approved, you will receive a code to enter in the form below to calculate your final cost at check-out.

Refunds

If you need to cancel, you can receive a full refund before April 2, 2025.  After April 2 there will be a 50% refund possible.

GBF is responsible for the cost of the space, so to be fair to GBF and to you, this is a necessary policy. We thank you for understanding.

Cabins are non-refundable per Vajrapani’s policy.  We will make every effort to find a replacement if you need to cancel, but we cannot be responsible for the cost if we cannot find a replacement.

If you are experiencing flu or cold symptoms within the week before the retreat, please consider not attending.
