“Dynamic Stillness”: A Day-long Integrative Meditation Retreat with David Moreno

Sunday November 23, 2025, 9:00am-4:45pm PST

37 Bartlett Street, San Francisco

Throughout this day-long retreat, sitting periods will alternate with segments of mindful movement to create an integrative meditation experience. The movement aims to foster deeper states of presence and can be practiced by participants of all levels.

Partnered meditations and Yoga Nidra will also be included as part of the retreat, which begins with the regular Sunday meeting and continues after the usual lunch and social.

If you have a yoga mat and yoga blocks, please consider bringing them, although most movement won’t require props. Please don’t stress if you don’t have a mat, we will improvise.

This Sunday marks the beginning of our holiday season, making this retreat the perfect opportunity for a deep dive into self-care and preparation for the season ahead.

This day-long retreat is offered freely by Gay Buddhist Fellowship to all who are interested, but we do require you to register in advance by following the link on this page.  To support this event and the rest of the work of the Gay Buddhist Fellowship, consider making a donation.
